Mr. Redman is responsible for the financial and operational aspects of Shariah Capital. Mr. Redman has over 25 years of industry experience in executive management, information technology, analytical research, operations and strategic planning. He is an innovative developer of products, teams, and people with significant domestic and international experience.

Prior to this position, Mr. Redman was an Executive Vice President responsible for worldwide operations, research, product development and fulfillment for Ideas International, a publicly traded Australian company. Previously, he was the Senior Vice President of Technology and Operations for Prescient Markets, Inc., a venture capital backed e-business company enabling fixed income securities to be traded over the Internet. His responsibilities included product development and associated operational responsibilities for a Web-based trading platform.

Mr. Redman previously spent 12 years as Group Vice President and Chief Research Officer of GartnerGroup (“Gartner”). As the Chief Research Officer, Mr. Redman managed and directed Gartner’s worldwide research, advisory and strategic planning business units comprised of multiple research services focused on information technology markets. Mr. Redman received his B.S. from Towson University.
